OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a $25.00 administrative fee for all cancellations. If a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days in advance of reserved date, a full refund will be made (minus the $25 fee). There will be no refund for cancellations made less than 30 days in advance of reserved date unless we can book the cabin for the days that were reserved. In that case, based on the number of days rebooked, a partial or complete refund will be made (minus the $25 fee). OUR SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY: If the reservation is secured with a credit card, no security deposit will be charged to the card unless there are damages, missing items etc. upon your departure. Reservations not secured by a credit card are subject to a security deposit. That deposit must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival & will be refunded within 30 days of departure if there are no damages, missing items, etc.
