Balsam Creekside Cabins are Smoky Mountain Cabins located in the beautiful Smoky Mountains of Western North Carolina. On top of a mountain called Balsam. In Between Jackson and Haywood Counties and only minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Our unique rental cabins are located beside of a mountain stream / creek. We offer either a 1 bedroom cabin or 2 bedroom cabins.

The cabins are new and up to date with all the amenities such as fully equipped kitchens, fresh cold well drinking water, and hot tubs. The cabins have satellite which includes Starz Movie Channels as well as DVD players. We have added these personal touches to make you feel at home. Try us for the first time and we are sure that you will be back. The cabins have easy access with a paved driveway. There is only one stop sign to any direction you choose. Here at Balsam Creekside Cabins you will have the perfect getaway, honeymoon, or vacation. We are on the Peaceful Side of the Smokies but still close to fun area attractions, just 1/2 mile from the Blue Ridge Parkway, Where you can hike or just enjoy the views. Whitewater rafting for beginners is located only 15 minutes away. For the more adventurous, the Nantahala Gorge is just a short 30 minute drive away. The Cherokee Indian Reservation and Harrah's Cherokee Casino are located about 25 minutes away. The Reservation offers many authentic Cherokee Indian activities including Unto These Hills, an outdoor drama depicting The Trail of Tears. You can observe elk grazing in the mountains in Little Cataloochee, and in the winter, take a trip to Cataloochee Ski Area, only 40 minutes from your cabin Any direction you choose, you will find shopping and wonderful restaurants Whether you want to hike, raft, ride bikes, or just have a picnic lunch to relax either by the Creekside, or on the parkway, our cabins provides you the peace and quite to relax and enjoy your vacation.
